Prodigy is delighted to announce that recent research released has proven that HR Managers around Europe put serious value on candidates that have MOS certification.  In 2004, 31 one in-depth interviews and 1710 web surveys with HR Managers were carried out across Europe.  When asked to specify how much more they would be willing to pay for MOS certified employees, on average the HR managers where willing to pay 6.9% more in annual salary. 

This is an indication that not only are HR managers in preference for someone with a MOS certification, they would also pay extra for this additional skill.  Click here for more information.
