Digital Literacy is essential for all employees to succeed in today's fast moving economies. Economies that are not digitally literate will be left behind. IC3 is helping to bridge the 'Digital Divide' between economies that are digitally literate and those that are not. The Digital Divide describes the "socio-economic gap between communities that have access to computers and the Internet and those who do not”.
